This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Rge Rd 245-Valour Ave Intersection, as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”). 

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Grading
  • Granular Base Course
  • Cold Milling
  • Asphalt Concrete Pavement 
  • Permanent signing
  • Line painting and pavement messages
  • Topsoil and Seeding
  • Other work as indicated in the drawings, unit price schedule and special provisions.
