This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Agriculture Update, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Sturgeon County is updating the MDP to reflect the recent Agriculture Master Plan, additional detail regarding confined feeding operations (CFOs) and additional long-term planning needs related to agriculture. This procurement is required to secure additional technical expertise, particularly in land use planning and agricultural planning, that is not available in-house.
