This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-100 Traffic Signal Design and Installation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). As part of this assignment, the successfully awarded proponent will provide design and install of signalization with advanced warning lights on Highway 38 & 643 Intersection is located east of Highway 28 and south of Redwater in Sturgeon County. |
