This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Utilities Water, Wastewater and Storm Water Related Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation and SCADA under a non-mandatory Master Service Agreement (MSA).
