Description: 

The Sturgeon County Emergency Services’ (SCES) department needs to transition from its current analog radio communications system to the Alberta First Responders Radio Communications System (AFRRCS). The Gibbons Fire Department (GFD) and the Morinville Fire Department (MFD) are also participating in this procurement, through the Group Purchasing Agreement, as further described in Appendix C – Master Agreement for Group Purchasing.
